SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order processing is conducted Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed within 3–5 business days of placement and shipped on the business day following the completion of processing.
Our standard shipping period is 10–15 days. We kindly request customers to exercise patience while logistics information is being updated.
A number of our products are purely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders received, we require 1–2 weeks for production, which may result in an extension of the overall delivery time.

In the event of incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact the customer to update the delivery details, which could lead to delays in order delivery. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance processes.
Local customs authorities may require additional documentation and extended processing time to clear packages, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Orders may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier service. Depending on the customer’s location, the majority of orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning the package will be received with regular mail. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card providing instructions on how and where to collect the package.
