Return Policy

Cancellation

We are happy to accept order cancellations prior to your product being shipped or produced. Should you choose to cancel your order during this time, you will be issued a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We welcome returns for our products, and you have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be kept in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to finalize your return. Please note that you should not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your package has arrived. We will also inform you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period. The refund processing time is 1–5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account again. You may also contact your credit card company, as refunds can take some time to be officially posted. Additionally, please reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds appear.
